Anyone aged between 11 & 19 who is fed up of not being noticed, or wishes someone would listen and is seeking an opportunity to speak out and improve their community – is in luck.
Blaby District Youth Council are holding ‘VOICE IT!’, an event for young people aged 11 – 19, on Saturday 9th March 2013.
“VOICE-IT!” aims to bring young people together from all areas of our community to speak with councillors and learn about issues facing young people.
There will be a wide range of activities for everyone to get involved with for example Inflatables, graffiti wall, Photo shoot, film making, arts and crafts, Song & Rap writing.
VOICE-IT will be held at Brockington College, Blaby Road, Enderby on Saturday 9th March 1.30pm – 6pm
