Work to improve Blaby District Council’s Joint Service Shop will see the facility close for four weeks from February 24 – March 26.

The shop on Forge Corner, Blaby, is being adapted to better reflect customer’s needs and provide a more appropriate space for staff to deal with a wide range of enquiries.

Customers are reminded they can pay council bills at their local post office or any shop displaying the PayPoint logo provided they have been issued with a bar coded bill.

Payments for council tax, business rates, waste bin rentals, benefit overpayments and invoices can be made via direct debit, online at www.blaby.gov.uk or by calling the 24 hour payment line on 0116 272 77 22.
