CINI was born in July 2002. Formerly, the Enderby premises were known as The Chatsworth Public House.

The magical conversion and development was undertaken by Nepalese born Andrea Paduano and his Italian business partner Susi who took on-board the enormous challenge of renovating and transforming the old 'village pub'.

Andrea brought vast experience and a knowledge of food and wine, having worked as a hands-on chef in Milan, Switzerland, Kenya, Zanzibar, Sardinia and the Seychelles to name but a few.

CINI is a favourite with business clients, offering full business facilities and hospitality services at the neighbouring property, the Cini Villa.
