Residents offered support into employment

People living in Enderby and elsewhere in Blaby district …and who are out of work and looking to gain new skills and employment can get one to one support from a worklessness officer to help them back into the jobs market.

The service provides a range of information, advice and guidance including:

Signposting to training opportunities
Help with interview skills
Help with searching for vacancies
Support with motivation and confidence
Referral to voluntary work to gain new skills and work experience
Help looking for work experience with local employers
Support once in work to stay in employment
