Ty returns safe and (almost) well

Residents in Enderby and surrounding areas were being asked to be on the look out for TY the Red Staffordshire Bull Terrier in the picture (left) who went missing during a thunder storm on Wednesday 14th July 2010 at approximately 4pm. Original EYE report here
He was expected to have not wandered beyond the Narborough / Enderby area.
Ty is a very timid rescue dog and was wearing a white sock on his left front leg.
He was also microchipped and wearing a blue ROGZ collar with his name tag.
The good news is that on Thursday 15th July the EYE was informed that Ty had been returned Wednesday evening.
Correspondent Mich Bingham, who posted the original story, said:
"Hes a bit worse for wear and very sore with nettle rash"
Mich added that with a bit of time and TLC the superficial rash can be healed.
