Memory Advisor Service for Blaby

alzheimer_societyProviding support to people with dementia and their carers in Leicestershire.

Kay Snowdon is the Memory Advisor for Blaby.

The overall aims of the service are to help people: stay at home for longer, be able to foresee and plan for things before they get to crisis point, and live a happier and more social life.

Tailored information, advice and support is available through the service to help people live well with dementia, make decisions and to have control of their own lives.
