The reopening of Huncote Leisure Centre will take place on Sunday 01 November following approval by Councillors.
Managed by Everyone Active, Huncote Leisure Centre was closed due to the coronavirus pandemic back in March. All Huncote members were given access to Enderby Leisure Centre’s facilities when it reopened in August.
Everyone Active have continued their work at both Enderby and across their leisure centres in the UK to ensure that Huncote Leisure Centre complies with government guidelines.
All information about the measures in place, and what this means for members using the leisure facilities can be found on the Everyone Active website.

Councillor Sharon Coe, Portfolio Holder for Health, Wellbeing and Regulatory Services at Blaby District Council, said: “We are delighted to have worked with Everyone Active to be in position to reopen Huncote Leisure Centre on 01 November.
“Leisure centres are important health and wellbeing, especially during this pandemic.
“We are proud of the long-standing relationship we have with Everyone Active, and we are confident that on Sunday members will be able to return to a safe environment and enjoy Huncote’s facilities.
