Details of the Growth 4 Enterprise scheme will be shared at the “Blaby District Means Business” event on Tuesday 25 February, at the Marriott Hotel, Leicester.
The free support package includes a business assessment, followed by one-to-one professional advice and access to a choice of training master classes.
The scheme will be open to applications from independent small firms located in Blaby District who have plans to develop and grow and currently employ less than 50 staff.
Councillor Tony Greenwood, portfolio holder for Planning, Economic Development and Housing Strategy at Blaby District Council, said:
“The Council is providing funding so that ten ambitious independent firms can access a bundle of free business support and get on the right track to success and growth.
“We recognise that our local businesses can benefit from support and encourage them to attend our local business breakfast to find out more.”
Blaby District Council is working in partnership with Nottingham Business Venture to run this pilot business support scheme.
The “Blaby District Means Business” meeting starts at 7.30am with the promise of a free tasty breakfast on arrival followed by a brief speaker programme, with news of apprenticeships plus free skills development and support programmes for businesses in the area.
Book your free place for the breakfast meeting by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org or call 0116 272 7735.
