Growing businesses in Blaby District have the chance to benefit from a free package of business support worth up to £500 to help kick start their expansion and improvement plans.

The Growth 4 Enterprise scheme is open to applications from independent small firms located in Blaby District who have plans to develop and grow and currently employ less than 50 staff.

The package of support includes a business assessment, followed by one to one professional advice and access to a choice of training master-classes.

Councillor Tony Greenwood, Planning, Economic Development and Housing Strategy Portfolio Holder at Blaby District Council, said:

“The Council is providing funding so that ten ambitious independent firms can access a bundle of free business support and get on the right track to success and growth.

“We recognise that our local businesses can benefit from support and encourage them to get in touch to find out more.”

Blaby District Council is working in partnership with Nottingham Business Venture to run this pilot business support scheme.
