The fun, free, practical sessions, headlined as ‘Love Food – Hate Waste’, provide the ingredients and the know-how to make the most of leftovers, so anyone can reduce food waste and save up to £60 a month on their food bill.
Participants in the free sessions can gain some inspiration and take home tea with a free, love food hate waste recipe book, so they can carry on with the good work. All ingredients and equipment will be provided.
The next sessions are due to be held at Brockington College, Enderby:

The Leicestershire Waste Partnership is composed of the seven borough and district councils of Leicestershire, and the County Council.
