Concern for missing Braunstone man – Joszef Pfeiffer

Posted on July 29, 2011November 27, 2011 by staff
Joszef Pfeiffer

Jozsef Pfeiffer, of Frankson Avenue in Braunstone, was last seen by friends at his home sometime between 8am and 5pm on Thursday July 21.

He was reported missing the following day in the early hours of the morning.

Jozsef arrived in the UK approximately two weeks ago and police are growing increasingly concerned for his welfare as his knowledge of Leicester is very limited and he only has a small number of contacts.

He also speaks very little, if any, English and does not have any money or a phone with him.

Jozsef is described as being white, approximately 5’5” tall, of slim build with short, dark brown hair.

When he left the house he was clean shaven and was wearing a green t-shirt and grey trousers.

Inspector Jon Brown, the LPU Commander for Blaby, said:

“We have been carrying out a number of enquiries since Jozsef went missing and will be issuing posters in the Braunstone and city areas in the hope that someone will recognise him and get in touch.

“I would like to appeal directly to Jozsef to make contact with us or his friends to let us know he is okay.”

If you have any information about the disappearance of Jozsef then please contact police on 0116 222 22 22 and refer to incident number LEP-220711-0004.
