Charity offers educational loans to local students…

Posted on May 1, 2013 by staff

The Turner Educational Foundation is a local charity that makes grants to local students who are progressing on to Higher Education or to Modern Apprenticeships.

Grants are not large and the amount may vary according to the applicant’s circumstances but recently have averaged £75.

Applications are considered from young people who live in Blaby District and attend Countesthorpe College, Guthlaxton College, Lutterworth College or Bosworth Academy.

Grant applications are considered each October.

If you feel you may be eligible for a grant or want any further details, please contact the 16+ Office at your College or the Secretary to the Trustees.
