Car damaged on Forest Road

Police are appealing for public help after a car was damaged in Narborough at the weekend.

The incident happened in Forest Road sometime between 5pm on Friday August 19 and 11.50am the following day (Saturday August 20), when the victim discovered that the roof to her car was dented.

The car, a white Ford Fiesta, was parked outside on the road.

PC Julie Watkins, the investigating officer is appealing for anyone with information about the damage to call police immediately.

PC Watkins said: “We are appealing for anyone with information about the damage to call us immediately. It is a huge inconvenience to the victim and she is understandably upset that someone has damaged her car.

“If you live in the area you may have seen or heard what happened. If so then please get in touch and help us with our enquiries.”

Anyone with any information is asked to contact PC 4282 Julie Watkins on Leicester (0116) 222 2222, follow the instructions to leave a message for a police officer and when prompted key in the officer’s identification number 4282.
