Build your balance at new fitness class in Narborough

Posted on May 3, 2011November 27, 2011 by staff

Bosu ball fitness classes are starting at Narborough Parish Centre from Tuesday May 10 as part of Active Together Blaby’s spring fitness programme.

The weekly sessions are designed to help people’s balance, build endurance and improve their upper and lower body strength.

Alex Brown, physical activity development officer at Blaby District Council said:

“There are hundreds of different exercises to try with and without the balancing ball so it’s a great way to get in shape for the summer.”

Classes are from 12.15 – 1pm and cost £2.50
