Free adult cycling courses in Leicestershire
Leicestrshire County Council say that, regardless of your cycling ability, if you are aged 16+ you can sign up to one of their courses taking place across Leicestershire.
In England over two million adults cycle at least once a week – isn’t it time you joined the growing number?
The LCC are encouraging people to make more journeys by bike, it’s a great way to stay in shape, save money and contribute to the environment.
Their friendly course instructors will teach you road safety and help increase your confidence on two-wheels.
Each course last two hours a week for five weeks and is open to any skill level, they even provide equipment if needed.
