It is Blaby Farmers’ Market NEXT Saturday, 22nd October at Blaby Social Centre, Leicester Road, from 9am- 1pm, and organisers really hope you can make it.
They are reminding everyone so marketgoers can dust off their Halloween costumes and join in the spooky fun.
There are treats for the best costume and the grown ups are welcome to join in too.
For the kiddies there’s a Halloween picture competition, so get drawing those witches and monsters and bring them along with you. The scarier the better!
As always the market will be full of quality local produce including rare breed meats, cheeses, bread, fruit, vegetables, cakes, pies, jams and free range eggs – everything you need to stock up your cupboards.
You will also be able to buy handmade gourmet products and plants for the garden, cupcakes, steamed puddings, herbs and handmade soaps
The Master Composters will also be there this month to give advice and encouragement for composting at home.
