The purpose of this forum is to bring together older people to express their views on issues relating to their health and well- being and the range of services available to them, and meets four times a year for the following

• To seek advice and give information on all issues affecting older people.

• To identify priority areas and how this affects their daily lives.

• To advocate inclusion of older people into the community

• To share knowledge and promote learning and involvement.

The Blaby District Older Person’s Forum welcomes new members from across the district, who feel they would like to represent their neighbourhood, to be a voice and raise concerns for older residents; or just to share with other people and listen to the speakers.
