Blaby District 2012 World Party

Community Action Partnership together with partners, will be hosting the Blaby District 2012 World Party on Saturday 23rd June 2012, in Enderby

This event will be a Blaby District 2012 celebration that is not to be missed.

Taking place in Enderby and incorporating Enderby leisure centre, the recreation ground, bowls club, and our community garden A Place to Grow.

People from all ages, cultures and abilities will have the opportunity to take part in an array of sporting activities and cultural workshops whilst enjoying a free day out for the whole family.

Activities include archery, bowls, trampoline, martial arts, samba music, drumming, Asian dance, face painting, world foods, cheerleading, golf, seated exercise and a relaxation tent.

Planning is underway and we welcome community groups and organisations with either a sports, cultural or health focus to get involved on the day, either by having a display stand or by organising and free interactive activity.
