Bikes stolen in Capers Close break-in. Police appeal for witnesses

image001Police are appealing for any witnesses to a break-in to a garden shed in which three bicycles were stolen.

It happened between 5pm on Sunday January 18 and 10am on Monday January 19 in Capers Close, Enderby.

A grey Boardman team men’s mountain bike, a black and white Ridley Expo 10 men’s mountain bike and a grey Carera Gryphon men’s standard bicycle were taken.

PC 4338 Sadie Harlock, who is investigating, said:

“We would like to speak to anyone who has any information about the whereabouts of these bicycles or to anyone who is offered any of them for sale in suspicious circumstances.
“We would also like to speak to anyone who may have witnessed the burglary or saw anyone acting suspiciously in the area at the time.”

Anyone with information in relation to any appeals featured on this site is asked to contact the relevant officer on 101, follow the instructions to leave a message for the officer and when prompted key in the officer’s identification number.
