Belgrave Hall Statues – Can you help?

Posted on April 29, 2011November 27, 2011 by staff

Correspondent Erica Statham is wondering if any EYE readers could help her out.

She is currently engaged in writing a history of Belgrave Hall and gardens and is trying to track down some statues that were auctioned off in the 1920’s.

Some of the items were believed to have been sold to someone in Enderby.

If anyone has any knowledge of what became of the statues Erica would like to hear from you.

Erica can be contacted via Enderby EYE, so if anyone has any information, please leave a comment in the comment area at the base of this page.

Photos of a couple of the remaining statues at Belgrave Hall are reproduced below in the hope of jogging someone’s memory!
