Bank Holiday fun at Enderby Social Club

pramrace2013-3A Charity Fun Weekend has been organised by Enderby and District Social Club.

The event will take place on Sunday 29th and Bank Holiday Monday 30th May and the club will open on both days at 12 noon. There will be an outside bar, BBQ, Cocktails, a Vintage Tea Tent and jacket potatoes.

There’s entertainment planned for the kids with a free bouncy castle and an Activity Marquee (£2 per child).

Other free activities include a Football Cage and the Youth Bus with Play Station, X-Box, Karaoke and Nail Bar.

Activities on individual days include:
Sunday 29th May
1pm Cake Bake Off
2pm Skittles Knock Out
3pm Pool Knock Out
4pm Live music from local band ‘The Scrubs’
5pm Keith Glover Memorial Darts

Monday 30th May
Craft Fayre (12 noon – 4pm)
– Hair Accessories
– Cushions and Crochet
– Sweets and Chocolates

The annual spectacle of the great ‘Pram Race’ takes place again at 2pm on Monday 30th (contact Mike 07792 750894). There will also be a ‘Tug-of-War’ event during Monday afternoon.

Raffle tickets are also available from the Social Club.

Proceeds from the charity weekend are being directed to Rainbows Children’s Hospice, Reality and Help for Heroes.
