5 day road closure scheduled for King Street, Enderby

Leicestershire County Council Highways has agreed to a Temporary
Traffic Regulation Order (TRO) for King Street – from its junction with
Shortridge Lane and its junction with Cornwall Street.

The temporary road closure is required on Monday 18th February 2019 for a period of 5 days.

The TRO will be implemented for public safety and allow Cadent Gas contractors to carry out gas service replacement works.

Diversion route

The proposed alternative diversion route will be via:-
King Street, Cooperation Street,
Enderby Road, B582 Blaby Road, B4114
Leicester Road, Enderby;
B4114 King Edward Avenue, Desford Road,
Stewart Avenue, Narborough;
Kipling Drive, Coleridge Drive,
George Street, Shortridge Lane
and vice versa.

Leicestershire County Council apologises for any inconvenience caused during these works.
